Bucket Types Configuration

Bucket Types define your organization’s rating system for performance reviews, such as a 5-point scale, 10-point scale, or any other custom rating system. It helps categorize employee performance based on predefined ranges.

How to Configure Bucket Types:

  1. Navigate to Bucket Types:Go to Settings.Under Performance Management Settings, click on Bucket Types.
  2. Add New Bucket Type:Click on Add New.Name the Bucket Type (e.g., “5 Rating Scale”, “10 Rating Scale”, or something customized as per your organization’s preference).Example for a 5-Point Rating Scale:0-1: Poor Performance2-3: Good but Needs Improvement4-5: Excellent Performance
  3. Customize Bucket Names and Criteria:Customize the rating ranges and their names according to your organizational needs.You can set multiple bucket types if you need to use different scales for different departments or positions.
  4. Save the Bucket Type:Once you’ve filled in the details, click Save.If you need to add more bucket types, click Save and New. If you wish to cancel changes, press Cancel.
